Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with Diva4D. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, or accounts registered using false or misleading information, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you access or use another person's account.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, Diva4D requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges and limitation of deposit amounts. All personal information submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Diva4D supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and maximum deposit limits may vary based on your account verification status and payment method.
Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to refuse or return any deposit that does not comply with these Terms or that we suspect may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Diva4D does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Any discrepancies in deposit amounts should be reported to customer support immediately.
You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000, and maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and payment method.
All withdrawal requests are subject to security review to prevent fraud and money laundering. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during Indonesian business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) for verified accounts in good standing.
You must wager your deposited amount at least once (1x rollover requirement) before funds are eligible for withdrawal. This requirement exists to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer service. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms and must be satisfied before withdrawal.
Diva4D reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or use of the Platform for purposes other than legitimate entertainment. Diva4D may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion description and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, meaning you must place bets totaling that multiple before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new promotion. Mixing deposited funds with bonus funds may result in the entire balance being subject to bonus wagering requirements. Diva4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that undergo regular independent audits to ensure fairness and randomness. Sports betting odds are determined by our trading team based on market conditions and may change at any time before the event starts. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds are locked for that specific wager.
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse games or betting markets, including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diva4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Diva4D is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for technical failures, interruptions of service, network problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or government actions.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. Diva4D reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
Diva4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we determine that closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.
Upon account closure, we will return any remaining balance to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, minus any applicable fees or deductions for violations of these Terms. However, if your account is closed due to fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, we reserve the right to forfeit your entire balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification of your identity and payment method. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you may not create a new account without prior written permission from Diva4D.
All content on the Diva4D Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Diva4D or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent. The Diva4D name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Diva4D and may not be used without permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diva4D operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and Diva4D.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or failing agreement, appointed by a relevant arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
